I had high hopes for my stay at Casona De San Andres Boutique Hotel, but it turned out to be quite mixed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Seville, but the room was cramped and had an unpleasant smell at first. The staff were somewhat helpful, but there were definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was very small, almost claustrophobic, and the initial smell was quite strong. While the bathroom was modern and clean, there were concerns with the shower's safety and overall comfort.
Service
6.0
The staff tried to help, and the check-in process was straightforward, but I felt that they could have been more attentive, especially after my concerns about the room.
Location
8.0
The location is truly one of the hotel's best features, being in a lively area surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic and not very impressive, with limited options that didn't meet my expectations, especially for a boutique hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had decent facilities, but there were limitations, such as access to the rooftop terrace being restricted during my stay.

6.4/10

My stay at Casona De San Andres Boutique Hotel in Seville was a mixed bag. The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from construction work and other guests disrupted my rest. The location was excellent, allowing for easy access to main attractions, but breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, I had a decent experience considering the price I paid.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, but quite small, which is typical for Europe. While I appreciated the modern bathroom with good plumbing and a decent shower, I found it challenging to deal with thin walls that allowed noise from other guests to wake me up.
Service
8.0
The reception staff were super friendly and always helpful. They even accommodated my request to bring breakfast from the cafe across the plaza the night before I left, which was a nice touch.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, just about 3 minutes from the shopping area and 10 minutes to the Cathedral. Being right in the heart of the old town made it easy for me to explore Seville on foot.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast served was a bit disappointing, despite the free vouchers I received for the cafe across the courtyard. I felt like the options were limited and not very satisfying for travelers like me.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had nice housekeeping and overall cleanliness, I did miss having access to the roof terrace, which was locked during my stay. I think that would have added more charm to the experience.

My stay at Casona De San Andres Boutique Hotel was a mixed experience. The location was lovely and a great base to explore Seville, but the noise from construction and thin walls made it hard to rest comfortably. While the staff were friendly and the rooms clean, I wished for more breakfast options and updates to the facilities.

The room I stayed in was small, yet very clean and comfortable with a nice modern bathroom. However, sound isolation wasn't great, and I could hear other guests at night, which disrupted my sleep.
Service

The staff were wonderful, providing me with helpful advice for exploring the city and ensuring my stay was pleasant. They checked in with me regularly and were attentive to my needs.
Location
8.0
The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes from the shopping area and around 10 minutes from the Cathedral. It's in a peaceful spot, away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to everything I wanted to see.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was less than impressive. The options were limited, and I ended up using vouchers for a nearby cafe, where the food wasn't great for my week-long stay.
Facilities
5.0
While the pool area was clean and the younger staff were great, I found some facilities needed upgrading. Availability of amenities like umbrellas could have been better managed.

However, there were some drawbacks, such as a bit of noise from the street and a few maintenance issues in the bathroom. Overall, it was a lovely experience that I would recommend to others.

During my recent stay at Casona De San Andres, I experienced a blend of comfort and convenience, but also a few drawbacks. My room was clean with a lovely little balcony overlooking a plaza, which was good! However, the walls were thin, and I could hear noise from other guests, which affected my rest. The location was superb, just a short walk to major sights, making it easy to explore Seville. Overall, it had a charming vibe but had some issues with sound isolation that detracted from my experience. 🌟
